This site is under construction.  All the time.  What does this mean for
you?  It means that things probably won't work all the time, some things
will be in flux a lot, etc.  I can't see a time when this site won't be
under construction; as I've stated before, I don't like making webpages.
This page mainly exists as a proving ground for my technical projects -
things like the forum system, or my implementation of the RSA algorithm
in Javascript.  Or the blog system, which is probably the only thing that
will work consistently here.  So before you write me and tell me that
some feature on the site is broken, just think of whether it might still
be gestating.
